Nisha Dutt, Chief Executive Officer, Intellecap

Nisha Dutt is Chief Executive Officer of Intellecap, a  Global Firm building entrepreneurial ecosystem focussed on South Asia, South East Asia and Africa. As Chief Executive Officer Nisha guides the global positioning of Intellecap business and also serves on its Board of Directors. Before taking over as the Chief Executive officer, Nisha established the Intellecap consulting practice globally.  Her key contribution has been marrying technology with challenges of healthcare, financial services, incubation and conceptualizing programs such as www.startupwave.co , Innovations Labs and Credit-tree
 
Nisha is a member of the Group Executive Council of Aavishkaar Intellecap Group.  She serves on boards of listed companies including SUBEX and 63 Moons. Her career spans across 15 years of experience in strategy and operations in national and multinational corporates. She has also served on the Board of Directors of several listed companies in India. She holds an MBA from the University of Ohio and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Oklahoma State University, USA.

Atreya Rayaprolu, Executive Director - New Initiatives & Africa

Atreya is the Director - New Initiatives.

Prior to this, Atreya led Investment Banking Services at Intellecap and managed a team that had intermediated over USD 180 million into double and triple bottomline businesses in India. He had personally led engagements related to raising equity capital with various entities in different sectors and across different stages of their growth cycles like BASIX, Bandhan, Equitas, and Green Building India Systems and Solutions.

Atreya has over 13 years of experience in handling strategy consulting engagements, financial structuring and investment facilitation and technology in microfinance. 

Before Intellecap, Atreya was associated with the ICICI Bank as a Senior Manager in the International Banking Group where he focused on designing and setting up offshore fund structures and processes. He did his graduation at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, and his post-graduation at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Aparajita Agrawal, Director - Sankalp Forum

As the Director of Sankalp Forum, Aparajita is focused on building the Forum as the leading convener of dialogue and outcomes for inclusive development globally. Sankalp’s Global Summit in India and regional Summit in Africa are both convening that see participation of over a thousand practitioners and leaders on market-led development, impact investing, social entrepreneurship and south-south collaboration.

From 2004 until 2012, she led Intellecap's Knowledge / Research practice. Aparajita has around 13 years of relevant experience in the development sector on initiatives to further financial inclusion, social entrepreneurship and impact investing.  She is often a facilitator / speaker on social entrepreneurship and impact investing at Indian and Global events. Her work has been featured through media coverage in CNBC Young Turks, Hindu Business Line, Financial Chronicle and Outlook Business. Prior to Intellecap, she worked at CARE India on initiatives around microfinance and livelihoods in the underserved states in India. She holds a management degree from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), India. She lives in Mumbai, India, with her husband who is a social investment banker, and their three year old son. 

Gagandeep Bakshi, Associate Director - Investment Banking

Gagandeep heads the Investment Banking Practice at Intellecap, where he builds a knowledge & research centric team that specializes in capital raising and M&A advisory. With a firm focus on businesses that create and support positive impact at the Base of the Pyramid, he advises companies on business planning and fund raising across different cycles of growth in sectors such as Healthcare, Agri & Food, Financial Services, Clean Energy and Education.

Gagandeep has more than a decade of experience in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. He has led equity capital raises for various entities like Punjab Renewable Energy Systems, Biltube Industries, Totem Infrastructure, Manipal Acunova, Aptivaa Consulting and A Little World. 

Prior to joining Intellecap, Gagandeep worked with firms like Centrum Capital, SBI Capital Markets and Citigroup. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Delhi University and has a Post-Graduation in Management from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, USA. He has also received a CFA certification from CFA Institute, USA.

Aditi Shrivastava, Head - Intellecap Impact Investment Network

Aditi heads Intellecap Impact Investment Network (I3N or I-cube-N), which is India’s first angel network focused on impact enterprises. With the ambition to create a widespread culture of impact investing, Aditi engages with HNIs, family offices and funds, and brings them the most scalable and impactful young enterprises for mentoring and investment. She works closely with entrepreneurs as well, advising them on their investment approaches, business models and pitches.

Prior to joining Intellecap in 2011, Aditi was at Goldman Sachs in New York, specializing in quantitative equity research, trading and portfolio management. She also served as a board member on American India Foundation's young professional's board where she discovered a passion for the development space.

Aditi has a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University, and is a CFA (USA) charter holder. She is also a World Economic Forum Global Shaper & a TiE Mumbai Charter Member.
