To ensure that we hire the most qualified individuals and those who are the best fit for Intellecap's culture, we conduct a rigorous interview process when we find a job application that fits with what we are looking for. Our recruitment team may contact you to discuss your resume and cover note. This discussion may then result in a first interview with a more senior member of our Human Resources department, who will want to discuss your background, experience, and interest in Intellecap in more depth and detail.
If you are selected to move forward to the next stage of the interview process, you will have telephonic and in-person interviews with appropriate representatives of our Practice Areas, Initiatives, and Incubations for more specific and in-depth discussion of your skills, experience, and suitability. These interviews include competency-based issues and may include skills assessment assignments. Throughout the interview process, the Intellecap HR team will stay in constant contact with you to let you know the status of your application and the hiring process.
